Hello fall! I love fall and all of the delicious, cozy flavors that comes along with the season. I am definitely a pumpkin spice lover too! As basic as that may be! I'm perfectly fine with it though, I embrace it!
I have to say though, this pumpkin cheesecake dip with graham crackers recipe is far from basic! It adds all of your classic fall pumpkin flavors but adds a hint of tang and sweetness. It is and always will be an absolutely crowd pleaser!

- In the KitchenAid Mixer, add pumpkin pie mix and softened cream cheese. Mix until well combined.
- Add in pumpkin pie spice and mix. Begin to add the confectioners sugar ½ cup at a time while mixing on low until all is mixed in.
- Serve chilled with graham crackers.

If you need to swap out the cream cheese for a dairy free cream cheese, you can absolutely do this! I love the Kite Hill Dairy Free cream cheese. I can barely tell that there is no dairy in it.
Pumpkin Pie Mix:
You can also swap out pumpkin puree. It is a little less sweet, but the confectioners sugar can easily take care of that!

Why does the cream cheese have to be softened?
The cream cheese mixes so much better into the dip when it is softened. Believe me when I say too if you are hand mixing, you do not want to be mixing cold cream cheese.
Can I substitute graham crackers for a different dipper?
Absolutely! There are so many great alternatives! If I were to suggest a different dipper I would definitely say Nilla Wafers!
