Pumpkin Whipped Feta Dip with Homemade Bagel Chips

Whipped feta cheese mixed with pumpkin puree and topped with pumpkin seeds and other yummy fall flavored toppings.  This pumpkin feta dip served with homemade bagel chips is the perfect recipe to enjoy this pumpkin season.

Equipment

  • 1 Food Processor

Ingredients

  • 1 15 oz can pumpkin puree
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 8 oz feta
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, walnuts, etc. for topping
  • extra virgin olive oil for garnish
  • 3 plain bagels

Instructions

  • In a food processor, add feta, cream cheese, and pumpkin puree. Mix on puree setting until combined.
  • Add honey and mix again until combined.
  • Spoon mixture out of food processor into a serving dish. Top with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds and walnuts.
  • Slice the bagels into chips. Air fry for about 5 mins at 390 degrees or until bagels are crisp and toasted. Use to dip into feta dip.

Notes

  • save leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
