Whipped feta cheese mixed with pumpkin puree and topped with pumpkin seeds and other yummy fall flavored toppings. This pumpkin feta dip served with homemade bagel chips is the perfect recipe to enjoy this pumpkin season.
This recipe is great to serve during the fall months when pumpkin season is in full swing. It is great to serve while watching football games on a football Sunday and can be easy to take to a tailgate. It is also a great appetizer to serve on Thanksgiving as an appetizer and can even find its place as an appetizer on Christmas.
This was inspired by my Whipped Feta Dip on this site, and pairs well with this Spicy Fried Chicken Sandwich.

Equipment
To create this recipe, you will need a food processor. If making the bagel chips by hand, an air fryer is very helpful but they can also be baked in the oven.
Storage
Transfer dip into an airtight container and store in the fridge for 4-5 days.
These ingredients don't stand up well to freezing.
Top Tip
Sprinkle a little sea salt on top for an extra pop of flavor. Also if toasting a baguette to dip, make sure you are using a crusty bread so you get a crunch with the dip.
FAQ
Yes, some fresh thyme leaves are a great pairing with the flavors in this dish.
I personally prefer canned pumpkin puree. It is easy to mix into the dip and gives such a strong pumpkin flavor to the dip.
