Equipment

  • 1 Air Fryer
  • 1 casserole dish or baking sheet
  • 1 Basting Brush
  • 1 sharp serrated bread knife

Ingredients

  • 8 chicken tenders frozen
  • 8 slider buns brioche
  • 8 slices colby jack cheese
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha
  • 4 tablespoon butter
  • 1 clove garlic

Instructions

  • Air fry the chicken tenders at 370 degrees for 14 minutes, flipping halfway through. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • Slice the slider rolls in half. Place bottom buns in a casserole dish lined with parchment paper.
  • Place chicken tenders on the bottom half of the slider buns. Place a slice of colby jack cheese on top of the chicken. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 10 minutes.
  • While the sliders bake, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce and sriracha to make bang bang sauce in a small bowl. Melt butter and add grated garlic.
  • Remove sliders from oven. Spoon a generous amount of bang bang sauce on top of cheese layer. Add the top half of the rolls. Baste melted butter on bun tops.
  • Serve immediately or save for later with extra bang bang sauce on the side.

Notes

  • save leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3-4 days.
  • these ingredients do not stand up well to freezing.
  • reheat leftovers prior to serving.
