Ingredients
To make this recipe you will need frozen crispy chicken tenders that can be easily cooked until golden brown in the air fryer. Those chicken tenders are then placed on a slider bun and topped with slices of colby jack cheese. Mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce and sriracha are used to make the zesty bang bang sauce that goes on top of the melted cheese and the slider buns are then basted with melted garlic butter for extra buttery flavor.

- Step 2: Place chicken tenders on the bottom half of the slider buns. Place a slice of colby jack cheese on top of the chicken. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 10 minutes.

- Step 3: While the sliders bake, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce and sriracha to make bang bang sauce in a small bowl. Melt butter and add grated garlic.

- Step 4: Remove sliders from oven. Spoon a generous amount of bang bang sauce on top of cheese layer. Add the top half of the rolls. Baste melted butter on bun tops. Serve immediately or save for later with extra bang bang sauce on the side.
Hint: for extra texture, toast the insides of the slider buns on a large frying pan or a griddle. For additional crunch and flavor, top the bang bang sauce with green onions or diced red onion. You can also add crunchy coleslaw before adding the chicken for additional texture.

Top Tip
For extra juicy chicken, buy fresh boneless skinless chicken thighs or skinless chicken breasts and marinade it in seasoned buttermilk mixture overnight. Create a dredge, coat in panko breadcrumbs and fry your chicken in a large skillet in hot oil, preferably peanut oil, canola oil or vegetable oil, before assembling sliders. After frying, allow the chicken to rest on paper towels to drain extra grease prior to assembling sliders.
