Equipment
To make this recipe, you will need an air fryer to cook the chicken tenders. A casserole dish or baking sheet is used to bake the sliders. Use a basting brush to baste melted garlic butter on the sliders.
Additionally, a sharp knife and cutting board is needed to slice the mozzarella and a sharp serrated knife is needed to slice the sliders. Use a cheese grater to grate parmesan.
Storage
Store leftover sliders in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2-3 days. Reheat in a baking pan in the oven or in the air fryer prior to serving leftovers.
These ingredients stand up well to freezing prior to cooking and assembling.
Top Tip
Don’t skimp on the garlic butter basting and fresh parmesan for the rolls. Brush them right before and after baking to soak up the rich flavors and create a golden, aromatic crust that ties all the elements together.
