Ingredients
This delicious sauce requires just 4 simple ingredients. This is a mayo-based sauce which helps it get that creamy texture. The main flavor of the sauce comes from the Thai sweet chili sauce and the sriracha sauce adds a spicy kick. To add a little bit of an acidic element, rice vinegar is added.
- mayonnaise
- sweet Thai chili sauce
- sriracha sauce
- rice vinegar
See recipe card for quantities.
Instructions
- Step 1: Measure and add mayonnaise and sweet chili sauce to a bowl.
- Step 2: Measure and add sriracha sauce and rice vinegar to the bowl.
- Step 3: Mix until combined.
- Step 4: Serve immediately or save for later.
Hint: If you find the sauce is too spicy for your preference, scale back the sriracha incrementally, tasting as you go, to avoid overwhelming the sauce with heat. Balance with more sweet chili sauce if needed.
Substitutions
