Snickers Stuffed Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

  • 2 sticks butter softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • cup peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 ¾ cup flour
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • cup chocolate chips
  • 12-16 mini snickers

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.  Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, cream together butter and sugar.  Add in eggs one at a time mixing in between.  Add in vanilla and mix.
  • In a separate bowl, mix together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.  Mix together.  Slowly add in the dry ingredients to the wet in small increments, mixing slowly in between.  Fold in the chocolate chips.
  • Place about 2 tablespoon of dough on the cookie sheet.  Place one snickers in the middle of each ball of dough and cover with dough until none of the snickers can be seen. 
  • Bake 20-22 minutes.  Remove the cookies to a cookie rack immediately and let cool.
