Ingredients

  • 1 lb elbow pasta
  • 2 cups mayonnaise
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • ½ cup carrots diced
  • 2 celery sticks diced
  • 2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoon mustard powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon parsley flakes
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  • Boil pasta according to the directions on the box and strain.  Set aside.
  • Dice celery and carrots.
  • In a bowl, mix macaroni, mayonnaise, sour cream, celery, carrots, yellow mustard, mustard powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and parsley flakes.  Chill before serving.
