Baked Pork Panko Crusted Chicken Bites with Ranch. Tender chicken bites coated with crispy, flavorful pork panko and served with a side of fresh, homemade ranch. These chicken bites were taken to the absolute next level with the pork panko. The extra flavor that you get is insane! The fact that they are baked also adds so much flavor to the meal. This appetizer is perfect for football Sundays, an appetizer for any party, or a simple weeknight kid friendly dinner!
First, let's begin by agreeing that chicken nuggets are the best things ever. Now that we have that settled, let's talk about how amazing chicken bites can be when coated in pork panko! Talk about extra flavor holy moly! Chicken nuggets have always been my thing. As a kid, I loved the dinosaur shaped nuggets you could get a the food store (I secretly still love them). So just think of these like that! The kids will love it!
Ingredients:
For the chicken bites:
- chicken breast
- egg
- pork panko
For the ranch:
- sour cream
- mayonnaise
- dill
- parsley
- garlic powder
- onion powder
- salt
- pepper

The Steps:
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Cut the chicken breast into small cubes. Drop each piece in the egg wash and coat. Transfer from the egg wash to the pork panko and coat the chicken. Place on a baking sheet. Bake for 16-18 minutes or until chicken is cooked all the way through. Serve immediately with ranch.
For the ranch, combine sour cream, mayonnaise, chopped dill, chopped parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper in a bowl.
If I don't have pork panko, can I use bread crumbs?
Absolutely! Bread crumbs are a great option if you do not have pork panko available or if pork panko is just not your thing!
