Cookies and Cream White Chocolate Chip Cookies. Chewy on the inside, crispy on the outside stuffed with broken up Oreos and melty white chocolate chips. Think cookies and cream ice cream but in cookie form. Honestly, after making these, I am surprised that these aren't more of a thing because they are DELICIOUS!
Growing up, cookies and cream ice cream was always my favorite. I always loved the chocolatey creamy combination. Putting my childhood dreams into cookie form is by far one of my favorite things I have ever done.
These cookies are perfect with a glass of milk. Or, if you really want to take it to the next level, grab a bowl of cookies and cream ice cream and crumble some of these babies on top. Divine!
