Reese's Peanut Butter Cup Blossom Cookies. Soft on the inside, crispy on the outside and packed with peanut butter flavor, these cookies do not disappoint. The Reese's Cup adds the perfect amount of sweet and salty and adds a little extra deliciousness to the decedent peanut butter cookie base. I am obsessed with these cookies, literally obsessed.
These cookies are basically all of my hopes and dreams combined into one delicious dessert. No, I don't feel like I am being dramatic when I say that. I absolutely love these cookies. If you didn't know by now, I am a peanut butter fanatic and have an obsession with Reese's that runs DEEP. So when I say these cookies are all of my hopes and dreams combined, I do really mean it.
The funny thing is, growing up, my Dad and I were the only ones who liked peanut butter in the house. So of course, we all compromised and never made peanut butter cookies. Disappointing, right? Luckily, I am marrying a man who is just as obsessed with peanut butter cookies as I am, so these are now very welcomed in our home.

The Steps:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and line your cookie sheet with parchment paper. Add the softened butter and sugar to the mixing bowl. Mix on medium low until creamed together. Add in the eggs and mix well. Add in the peanut butter and vanilla and mix until combined.
In a separate bowl, mix flour, baking powder and kosher salt. With the mixer on low, add the flour mixture into the wet ingredients in small increments. Once everything is mixed together, remove from the mixer. Spoon about 2 tablespoon of dough on the cookie sheet forming a ball. Lightly press down to slightly flatten each cookie. Bake 16-18 minutes or until bottoms begin to brown. Remove from the cookie sheet to a cooling rack. After letting the cookies cool a few minutes, add the peanut butter cups, lightly pressing down to form a spot for them in the middle of the cookie. Let cool before serving.
