Pour the eggs into the pan and gently and continuously push the edges of the egg towards the middle until a smaller circle of egg forms. Sprinkle chives on top of the eggs. Flip the egg once to cook both sides. Add the slices of cheese and allow the cheese to melt.
Toast the bagel until golden brown. Spread the campfire sauce on both halves of the toasted bagel. Place the eggs and cheese on the bottom half of the bagel. Add a slice of tomato on top of the cheese. Break a slice of bacon in half and add on top of the tomato. Top the sandwich with the top half of the bagel.
Hint: keep the egg moving while cooking so that it does not brown too much or stick to the pan. Continuously pushing the edges of the egg towards the middle until it stops moving and becomes more solid assures you have a nice, fluffy egg.
