White Chocolate Salted Caramel Latte. Creamy, winter flavors mixed in with a dark roast coffee topped with warm, frothy milk to create the perfect Sunday morning latte. Sometimes I personally just get bored of the plain old cup of coffee on a Sunday. This latte brings in some comforting winter vibes and adds the perfect comfort to a slow morning. I love sipping on this drink all cozied up under a nice warm blanket in the morning. It is also a great drink to enjoy while watching the parade Thanksgiving or New Years Day morning or while opening presents up on Christmas morning!
This recipe was made possible by my Hamilton Beach Rapid Cold Brew and Hot Coffee Maker. It is perfect for brewing up a latte because you can control how much coffee it makes! If you just want to make one cup of coffee for the road too on a busy morning this coffee maker is perfect because it brews up to 16 oz! I also love the cold brew feature because instead of waiting 24 hours for cold brew to be done, I can have it done in minutes. Perfect for those warm summer months when I want a quick and refreshing glass! My favorite part of my Hamilton Beach Rapid Cold Brew and Hot Coffee Maker though is that it uses ground coffee so I can use my favorite coffee to make an individual serving that I may not be able to find in single-serve pods!

Do I have to warm the milk before frothing it?
If you are using hot coffee, I would definitely suggest it. If you don’t warm the milk, the coffee immediately gets cold. I have learned this the hard way in the past! If you don’t like heating up milk in the microwave, you can always do it on the stove as well! If you want to make an iced latte then it is obviously not necessary!
