Hearty Stuffing with Celery and Onions. This side dish is perfect for any holiday dinner. Whether its for Christmas or Thanksgiving, the whole family is going to keep wanting more! This recipe goes with pretty much any hearty meat and is a fantastic comfort dish.
I love Thanksgiving side dishes. Honestly, I am there for sides. Thanksgiving dinner just takes sides to the next level what can I say! Stuffing is what really does it for me though I must say. Maybe its my extreme love of carbs (not maybe that's definitely it) but I just love the flavors mixed with the bread!
I have had a lot of different stuffings in my days, but I have to admit, this one is definitely one of my all time favorites. It is simple but also packed with so much flavor!
Ingredients:
- bread cubes
- onion
- celery
- eggs
- chicken stock
- garlic powder
- poultry seasoning
- salt and pepper

The Steps:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. If your bread is not already cubed, break it apart into cubes. Chop the celery and onions and mix in with the bread cubes. Add in the eggs and chicken stock. Tossed until mixed evenly. Add the garlic powder, poultry seasoning and salt and pepper and mix. Add the mixture into a baking dish. Bake for 45 minutes. Serve immediately.
Can this stuffing be baked inside of the turkey?
Absolutely! This can definitely be stuffed and baked in the turkey! Just stuff the turkey prior to baking and bake the entire duration with the turkey! The stuffing does not get as crispy inside of the turkey and I love a little crisp so if we stuff the turkey, I always bake a little on the side just to get that crisp.

- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
